About the Role
Are you a native English speaker with a strong ear for pronunciation, accents, and natural speech? We are looking for talented English Voice Coaches, Voice Professionals, and Audio Evaluators based in the United States to support an innovative AI training project.
In this remote contract role, you will listen to and evaluate English audio recordings and provide detailed feedback on pronunciation, fluency, tone, accent, and overall speech quality. Your insights will help improve the quality and naturalness of next-generation AI speech and language systems.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in voice coaching, voice-over, linguistics, speech analysis, audio production, language teaching, or communications.
What You'll Do
As an English Voice Coach and Audio Evaluator, you will:
- Listen to and evaluate short English audio recordings.
- Assess whether speech sounds natural, fluent, and authentic.
- Evaluate pronunciation, accent, fluency, tone, rhythm, and natural speech patterns.
- Identify unnatural pronunciation, inconsistencies, or issues with spoken English.
- Provide clear, accurate, and structured written feedback.
- Follow project guidelines and maintain consistent evaluation standards.
- Work independently in a flexible remote environment.

Required Qualifications
- Native-level English proficiency and strong familiarity with American English pronunciation and natural speech patterns.
- Excellent listening and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of pronunciation, fluency, and spoken communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to write clear and constructive feedback in English.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
